No Jobs In Marion NC

I can't buy a job in Marion, so I've started doing yard work. I need some jobs if anyone knows of any. I mow, weed eat, and blow off driveways and sidewalks. Also I have been doing a lot of landscaping this week. Good at that also.

Rain, Rain, Rain

The adjuster was suppose to come out and look at my Jeep today but I don't know if he or she will come if it keeps raining. blah blah blah. Wish someone special would come into my life soon. I miss having someone to care about and take care of and to do the same for me. Oh Well.

My dad is home now and getting stronger every day. Thank you God.

My dad is in the VA hospital with heart failure. He has had 4 liters of fluid removed from his body so far, his kidneys' are not working properly, his heart is enlarged on both the left and now the right and he also has a blood clot in the heart. I need all the prayers you can send. Not too many people know about this blog but I hope that one special person sees this. Follow my link to Face Book for more pics and info. I think I might shampoo my carpet. What do you think? It was 71 degrees today, after snowing just two weeks ago. I wonder what march will bring?

Where's the snow. Either let the sun shine bright and be hot or let it snow 4 or 5 inches. I just don't like cold weather without the snow. Come on summer or come on snow. Have a great day everyone.

School Closings

School will be held in McDowell County Saturday January 15th, but there will be a 2 hour delay. McDowell Tech. will not hold classes Monday in memory of Martin Luther King Jr. I have been hearing something about McDowell Tech. holding classes on Saturday the 15th but have not confirmed this rumor yet. Sorry. Hope some of this information helps.

January 10, 2011 Snow

My house in Marion. It's about 6:15 in the evening. Beautiful.

Beautiful but deadly. Please be careful out there. In Marion, we have about 6in. of snow and now freezing rain mixed in. Don't go out unless you have to. Day classes and night classes at McDowell Tech. are canceled and McDowell County Schools are also closed for January 11, 2011.
